Answer incoming phone lines and handle requests for residential HVAC service Efficiently dispatch service technicians using GPS data Schedule service agreement visits Residential service billing Monitor A/R balances and follow up with customers as needed Review technician time sheets submitted daily Assist in inventory tracking Quote repairs Order parts Billing
Qualifications:
Courteous and friendly with excellent customer service/communication skills Ability to multi-task Strong work ethic Previous HVAC or dispatching experience a plus Job Type:
