Summary:
As a Keystone Homes team member, the Real Estate Sales Assistant will assist with the sales process and promotion of Keystone Homes by working in the model home, following up on leads, and contributing to the entire sales transaction.
They will assist in coordinating the home buying experience from start to finish for Keystone Homes' buyers.
This position is in office (model home); however, remote work may be required on occasion.
Job Duties:
Coordinate and schedule property showings, client appointments, design studio appointments, and closings Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and closing attorneys as needed Maintain accurate data in MLS and other marketing websites as needed Maintain electronic and paper filing systems Assist in all aspects of transactions from initial contact to executed purchase agreement.
Audit unsold homes by completing home walk-throughs Perform other duties as assigned Hours will vary, with most hours during times when customers are shopping for homes, so weekend work will be required.
One weekend off per month should be expected.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED is required - college degree is a plus Real Estate License is a bonus, but not required Prefer 1-2 years of sales experience Valid Driver's License - some driving will be required Strong attention to detail A good attitude and friendly personality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organization and Communication skills Database and Microsoft Office Experience Pre-employment Testing:
The Company is a drug free workplace.
Therefore, the candidate will have to pass a pre-employment drug test.
The candidate will also have to take a DISC profile personality test and interest test which can be found on Tony Robbins website.
The candidate will be asked to take a Wonderlic test, which measures management aptitude.
Compensation and
Benefits:
Compensation will be flexible depending on the education, experience, licenses, and certifications.
A candidate with experience and no Real Estate License could expect to be compensated $40-$45k per year plus sales-based bonuses.
8 paid holidays and 16 days PTO per year, accrued monthly 401k program:
Eligible to participate after 1 year of service at next enrollment (Jan.
or July).
100% match up to 3% of salary contributed.
50% match for contributions over 3% but under 5%.
