US-GA-SAVANNAHOverviewCompensation AnalystSavannah, GA or RemoteThe TMX Finance Family of Companies is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join the team and become part of a dynamic corporate culture dedicated to supporting our stores and Team Members.
You will act as a data resource to the Human Capital Team by utilizing our internal HRIS and compensation management tools to provide reporting and analysis on workforce positions and salary.
As part of a multi-department team, you will work to help ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws as well as oversee compliance regarding the Compensation Program.
ResponsibilitiesConduct compensation analysis of positions using a cloud-based compensation data management tool.
Contributes organizational data to, and analyzes results of, compensation surveys.
Evaluate market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of the organizations pay programs.
Assist with design, implementation, and management of salary classifications, occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scale.
Analyze surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments through pay equity auditing and position benchmarking.
Enhance value to compensation related audit reporting through organization and manipulation in Microsoft Excel.
Manage various compensation and bonus related tools, reports, and programs.
Participate in annual compensation and bonus administration programs.
Assist in forecasting of departmental salaries during the Company's annual budget planning season.
Communicate with team members, managers, and department heads to assist in answering compensation related questions.
Preserve the integrity of all data and ensure security and confidentiality parameters are met.
Work in HRIS systems daily and make necessary data updates within those systems.
Collaborate with Vice President of Benefits & Compensation, Associate Director of Compensation, and other members of Human Capital on projects, initiatives and other duties as assigned.
Physical demands for this position frequently include:
the ability to remain in a stationary position, move about freely inside and occasionally outside of the office, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or relatable field Minimum two years of HRIS or related experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Independent, self-motivated, and self-guided worker Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion Strong interpersonal and communication skills A keen eye for detail and organization Preferred Qualifications and Skills Familiarity with HRIS systems and compensation management tools is beneficial Knowledge of SmartSheet project management system The Team You'll JoinThe Compensation Analyst is a member of the Human Resources team, part of Talent & Team Member Support.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
