US-GA-SAVANNAHOverviewCorporate Recruiting CoordinatorSavannah, GAThe TMX Finance Family of Companies is looking for a Corporate Recruiting Coordinator to provide high-level operational support to the Corporate Recruiting team through continuously demonstrating resourcefulness, excellent follow-up abilities, and impeccable professionalism.
Working directly with the Corporate Recruiting Team, you will bring your extensive multi-tasking and organizational skills to help manage various projects and Recruiting department initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day administrative support to the Corporate Recruiting team such as updating and posting job descriptions through the Applicant Tracking System, pre-screening, and scheduling candidate phone and in-person interviews.
Aid with month end repots and audits.
Research and identify comparable jobs, companies, and compensations in comparable markets.
Serve as a back-up and support to all Recruiting Operations teams as needed.
Build pipeline by proactively sourcing candidates through various job boards.
Conduct thorough candidate reference checks.
Assist in various projects as delegated by the Corporate Recruiting team.
Maintain a knowledge of and utilize various social media and professional networks, especially LinkedIn, to source and interact with potential candidates.
Represent the organization professionally and participate in social networking channels to boost engagement and employment brand awareness, as well as to increase applicant flow.
Execute sourcing efforts and strategies, such as drafting communications and engaging with passive candidates about new opportunities.
Physical demands for this position frequently include:
the ability to remain in a stationary position, move about freely inside and occasionally outside of the office, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
This is a full-time role that requires in-person attendance during normal business hours.
Qualifications At least one year of experience in an operational, administrative, or recruitment support role.
Proficiency in MS products to include:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, and Outlook.
Must have strong communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Must demonstrate the ability to remain adaptable and flexible.
